Questions to ask before downloading apps:
- Who can see your posts?
- Can you set your privacy settings?
- Can you control where your location is?
- Is it encouraging anonymity?
The more you have conversations about social media with students, the more you are going to equip them to make good choices on their own.

Excellent program. As a youth pastor of 25 years, I am thrilled to find a resource for students about how to wisely use social media. I just had a mom ask me last week if there is a resource for her teen girl about using social media. Glad to now know that there is one! I have three teenagers of my own and it takes godly wisdom to coach them in this area of their lives. Thankful for the insight and resource. I will be sharing this episode.
